Our target groups include:Families, Young people under 25 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).Adults and elderly individuals from minority ethnic and migrant backgrounds.Individuals with no formal qualifications in creative subjects.People facing language or socio-economic barriers to professional development.Refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals experiencing health or mental health challenges.

The organisation’s services are based on legal advice, vocational programmes, and training courses and research on health inequalities. COPEF has registered its activities with the Advice Quality Standard (AQS).
